No. NJ Vend Co. does not charge the property for the machine, placement, installation, monthly service, restocking, or maintenance. The property provides an approved placement area and access to a suitable standard electrical outlet.

We handle machine recommendations, delivery coordination, installation, initial stocking, inventory monitoring, regular restocking, product adjustments, maintenance, and ongoing service.
Who stocks and maintains the machines?
NJ Vend Co. stocks, monitors, and maintains the equipment. Your staff is not responsible for inventory, refilling products, or routine machine service.
Can we help choose the products?
Yes. We welcome input from the property and can build the initial product mix around the preferences of your residents, employees, members, guests, or customers. Product selections may also be adjusted over time based on demand.
What types of machines do you offer?
We offer smart coolers and AI coolers, snack-and-drink combination machines, and traditional drink or snack machines. The recommended setup depends on the property's traffic, available space, product needs, and placement area.
Can our property receive more than one machine?
Yes. Properties with sufficient traffic, space, and demand may qualify for more than one machine or a combination of machine types. We will recommend the setup that best fits the location.

The machine needs a safe, accessible placement area and access to a suitable standard electrical outlet. Indoor locations are typically the best fit, although select outdoor-rated drink machines may be available for qualifying locations. Exact space requirements depend on the selected machine.
How does the 60-day trial period work?

What happens if a machine has a problem?
Contact NJ Vend Co. and we will assess the issue, provide support, and coordinate service as needed. We handle machine-related service requests so the property staff does not have to manage repairs.
